This year’s all black everything gala was brilliantly laid back. Roland Abeng, Master of Ceremonies set the tone and kept it at a fever pitch commanding an energized  crowd set to make it a night to remember. Breaking from tradition of galas past, President Eddie Brown declared it an evening free of pomp and circumstance which would ultimately mark the coming out party for the new Board elect. So after a heartfelt original poem and remarks, he raised his glass and made a toast.
